Refund policy

Refund & Exchange Policy: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed on any items.

Layaway Policy:

• A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required on all layaway cancellations.
• If you cancel your layaway within 30 days of the parade/event, all payments made will be forfeited.
• A 10% restocking fee will be applied to any items removed from layaway after the layaway has been placed.
• If you have ANY ISSUES OR DISCREPANCIES, you have 5 DAYS to contact us to resolve any issues.
